C.L. Stegall has spent time in most every part of the Western Hemisphere. He served in the U.S. Army for ten years as both an engineer and as a linguist for Military Intelligence. He was born in North Carolina, but will always call San Diego home. He currently resides in Dallas with his irrepressible Wife and two dogs who think they run the joint.
